		<description>You know, part of the reason I&#039;ve always liked working with younger people is that they&#039;re NOT like adults.  There&#039;s something about youth and childhood that I still have with me and that I value very much... I find the idea of &quot;going adult,&quot; so to speak, is something I don&#039;t like.

Of course, that means I like hanging out with people that are like this as well.  They don&#039;t HAVE to be younger people, by any means.  Though younger people can be fun.  Heh, my youth pastor and a few volunteers said they wanted to hang with us, because we were a lot more fun than most adults.  *shakes head* I wish there were more Edmunds in the world than Susans, it would be a better place.</description>
